Johnny Fenwick is at the helm of an experienced and creative team that focuses on quality building practices. The team at Fenwick Builders are a group of individuals with a wide range of experience and backgrounds, including those who have had previous careers before entering the building industry.
Johnny's background includes working as an engineering geologist during the rebuild process post-earthquake and serving as a project manager for one of Canterbury's leading civil contracting and drainage specialists.
As a family man, Johnny understands the importance of creating a safe and secure environment, especially when it comes to working around homes with children or pets. He has two adventurous and independent daughters. His wife, Sophia, is also a part of the team. While she enjoys being on the tools, Sophia primarily takes care of the administrative side of the business.
Our qualifications include Licensed Building Practitioners, qualified builders, apprentices, and quality labourers. Our team hold first aid certificates and a heavy traffic licenses. We are dedicated to ongoing training to ensure we are always staying up-to-date with the latest construction codes and regulations.
We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our trusted network of subcontractors. These include; electricians, plumbers, plasterers, painters, drain layers, draughtsman, architects and engineers. We believe that our partnerships contribute to our success, and ensure that the quality of work is always up to our high standards. We value the expertise and craftsmanship of our subcontractors, and work closely with them to deliver the best possible results for our clients.
